    The following subjects were discussed and resolutions were passed.

    Sub: 1 Note on confirmation of minutes of the previous meeting of the Governing council.
    Resolution:1 Resolved that the minutes of the meeting held on 19.02.2017 be confirmed.
    Sub: 2 Note on action taken in respect of subjects discussed at the governing council meeting on 21.02.2016.

    Sub: 4 Proposal for implementation of 2017 regulation
    Resolution : 4 Commencement and execution of 2017 regulation is discussed and the council expresses to sort out the academic issues if any with respect to the previous regulation.
    Sub: 5 College Day Celebrations / Sports Day Celebrations
    Resolution : 5 The council grants permission to celebrate the college day and sports day during the even semester in a suitable date.
    Sub: 6 Proposal of road enhancement
    Resolution : 6 For safer and convenient travel for the college students the council proposes to enhance the road facility.
    Sub: 7 Sports ground enhancement
    Resolution : 7 The council permits to construct a stage in the ground to accommodate open air functions
    Sub: 8 Proposal to conduct department wise technical fests
    Resolution : 8 The council grants permission to conduct various technical events in all departments throughout the year
    Sub : 9 Proposal to conduct social activities
    Resolution : 9 The council emphasized in student’s active participation in nontechnical activities also, especially social activities

    Resolution : 10 The council confirms fullest use of the softwares and other tools related to college administration
